  • Who are you?  I am a military veteran (20 years active duty), husband/father, and sole proprietor of Land In Demand, LLC.  


  • How did you locate my name and property info?  A property owner's name, tax, and other property info is public knowledge and can be found on the property's County Tax Assessor/Collector website.


  • How does the process work?  Once we agree on a purchase price, I will take it from there!  I prepare the deed and contact the county office who ensures everything is correct.  Once the county confirms everything is good, I will send a mobile notary to meet you at your place of choosing (your home, favorite coffee shop, etc.) .  The notary will provide the deed for review and signature.  Once signed, the notary will hand you a cashier's check for our agreed upon amount.  It is that simple!


  • Do I need an attorney or real estate agent?  I’ve simplified the buying process with straightforward, easy-to-read contracts. Of course, I encourage you to hire a professional if you think it’s necessary but I’ve done my best to make the process easy for anyone to understand.
